2007 Honda Civic Serpentine Belt Diagram. Serpentine belts have replaced multiple V-belts because a single belt is more compact, cheaper and simpler to install than multiple belts. This will open up to the index.
The serpentine belt is one long, snaking, winding belt that keeps your alternator, power steering pump, air conditioning and—in some cases—your water pump running smoothly and effectively. Serpentine Belts, also known as Poly-V, Multi-Rib, Multi-V or Poly Rib belts, are the unsung hero of your car's engine. I suspect because this removal is so tricky (and dangerous = missing fingers !!) that they don't want DIY'ers.
The belt placement diagram may be printed on the back side of the box it came in.
Please allow me to share my experience.
Anyone know which belts I should be changing regularly/every I haven't changed any belts since I owned the car. The Honda Civic serpentine belt controls a variety of components in a vehicle's engine When the engine is running the crankshaft pulley turns and the serpentine belt drives the other components. That diagram for the serpentine belt for the civic was not correct.
